• 5 years of materials supervision, logistics, or supply chain experience, or 9 years of equivalent supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and monitor the activities of hourly employees engaged in production or processing of goods.
• Coordinate flow of materials with other departments and estimate worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
• Maintain departmental overtime and attendance.
• Plan, read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules and other records to determine production requirements and evaluate outputs.
