Job summary

Castelion is seeking a Materials Management Supervisor to lead the Materials Management organization, covering Inventory, Shipping, and Receiving. You will own day-to-day execution, set priorities, develop your team, and drive scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

You will establish KPIs, ensure accurate inventory movement in ERP/MES systems, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet production priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in materials management, inventory control, or related operations.
• 3+ years leading Materials Management, Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, or Production teams.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing with autonomy and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Materials Management across Inventory, Shipping, and Receiving, setting safety, quality, and efficiency expectations.
• Own daily operations including receiving, inventory control, putaway, and transfers.
• Develop standard work and scalable processes; monitor KPIs like accuracy and on-time performance.
