Job summary

Cirrus is seeking a Manager of Materials Management to lead interfacility logistics, COS Fundamentals, and inventory analytics, aligning with operations to ensure parts are right, at the right place, and at the right time while optimizing capital and material overhead.

The role drives Kanban pull, ERP-driven improvements, data analytics, and process development, requiring a BS/BA in Business or Supply Chain and 8+ years of leadership experience; CPIM and MS Excel/PowerBI skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or Supply Chain is required.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in operations and inventory.
• Experience with MRP systems and lean manufacturing.
• CPIM certification preferred or plan to obtain within 18 months.
• Experience with Kanban inventory management and Kanban pull.

Responsibilities

• Lead interfacility logistics and materials management teams.
• Drive Kanban material pull and kanban processes with suppliers.
• Manage budget performance and drive process improvements.
• Analyze KPIs: delivery performance, inventory turnover, dwell time.
• Develop and document business processes for the area.
