Job summary

Copeland Corporation LLC is seeking a Senior Materials Analyst at our Rushville, IN location to coordinate and optimize material flow from suppliers to production. You will drive Kanban pull systems, manage MRP, and improve reporting dashboards to prevent production interruptions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of materials experience, plus strong Excel and Power BI plus ERP/MRP experience. Travel up to 5% and sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years materials experience.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables) and Power BI.
• ERP/MRP experience; Oracle.
• Lean tools such as Kanban pull systems and demand-driven supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Manage process improvement projects for Kanban pull systems to meet production targets.
• Manage MRP to ensure timely receipt of materials to meet production schedules.
• Track the progress of materials and expedite as required.
• Develop autonomous reporting dashboard for clear-to-build window to prevent production interruptions.
• Manage inventory levels to meet both inventory and production goals.
• Identify and resolve issues that impact on-time deliveries.
• Work with production, customer service, sales, suppliers, and procurement to meet customer requirements.
