Copeland LP in Rushville, IN is seeking a Senior Materials Analyst to coordinate and expedite purchases, manage MRP, and drive inventory targets. You will analyze data, develop tools, and support production schedules with kanban and lean practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years of relevant materials experience.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables) and Power-BI.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle).
• Knowledge of lean tools like Kanban pull systems and demand-driven supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and expedite purchases, inventory levels and flow of materials.
• Manage MRP to ensure timely receipt of materials to meet production schedules.
• Track progress of materials and expedite as required to prevent delays.
• Develop reporting dashboards for clear-to-build windows to prevent production interruptions.
• Work with production, customer service, sales, suppliers and procurement to meet customer requirements.
