Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least five years of progressive supply chain experience, with strong scheduling and leadership skills. This on-site role supports hospital operations and patient care through reliable materials

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee inventory management and distribution for MUHA.
• Complete daily work assignments and manage PTO/holiday schedules.
• Produce routine schedules for Supply Techs and ensure compliance with MUHA policies.

Materials Management Coordinator (Supply Chain Coordinator)

Reports to Site Supply Chain Manager. Under limited supervision, supervises staff, inventory management and distribution function for the Medical Center.

Complete daily work assignments, manage PTO and holiday schedules, and produce the Supply Tech’s routine schedule. Hold staff accountable for meeting MUHA policy guidelines and expectations, including attendance and behavioral expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive work experience.
