Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Materials Management Coordinator to oversee inventory, distribution, and staff supervision at the Medical Center. The role ensures efficient daily operations and adherence to MUHA policies.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least five years of progressive supply chain experience, with strong scheduling and leadership skills. This on-site role supports hospital operations and patient care through reliable materials
Reports to Site Supply Chain Manager. Under limited supervision, supervises staff, inventory management and distribution function for the Medical Center.
Complete daily work assignments, manage PTO and holiday schedules, and produce the Supply Tech’s routine schedule. Hold staff accountable for meeting MUHA policy guidelines and expectations, including attendance and behavioral expectations.
