The University of Miami UHealth at SoLé Mia is seeking a Materials Management Clerk 2 to join our team starting July 2025. This role involves coordinating the transfer of raw materials, parts, and finished products, ensuring supplies are purchased, received, inspected, and stored properly, and helping maintain compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining order-related documentation and tracking information.
• Approving critical supply logs for storeroom inventory.
• Reviewing product use and coordinating ordering for cost efficiency.
• Working with departments to resolve inventory issues and ensure timely deliveries.
• Checking expiration dates, rotating supplies, and assisting in unloading inventory.
• Notifying management of issues such as overstocking or discrepancies.
• Filling requisitions, delivering supplies, and ensuring proper charging and labeling.
• Adhering to policies and safeguarding assets.

Core Qualifications:
