Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials.
• Operate forklifts, electric jacks, cherry pickers, and related equipment.
• Place goods in storage areas and restock lab supplies.
• Fulfill internal material requests and deliver materials.
• Support inventory transactions and data entry in SAP/EWM.
• Assist with packaging and outbound shipments and regulatory compliance.
• Document receipt, storage, and shipment records accurately.
• Ensure GMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety requirements are followed.
• Escalate inventory discrepancies or damaged goods per protocol.
• Engage in cross-training to develop additional skills.

Schedule :

Monday - Friday, 7am-3 :30pm.

Pay :

$21/hr. - 29.65/hr.

Location :

Onsite in Madison, WI.

Essential Duties

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Operate equipment essential to job duties, including forklifts, electric jacks, cherry pickers, and other machinery specific to the site.
• Place goods in designated storage areas and restock lab supplies as needed.
• Fulfill internal material requests and deliver materials to appropriate locations.
• Support basic inventory transactions and data entry in SAP/EWM.
• Assist with packaging and preparing outbound shipments, including compliance with DOT and IATA hazardous materials regulations.
• Accurately document receipt, storage, and shipment records.
• Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements.
• Escalate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or other issues per escalation protocols.
• Engage in cross-training and continuous skill development.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 1+ years of relevant experience; or associate degree in logistics, business, or related field.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Drive company vehicles and comply with driving record monitoring requirements, where applicable
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse or material handling role.
• Exposure to SAP, EWM, or other ERP systems.
• Experience in GMP or biotech environment.

The base pay for this position is $14.85 – $29.65 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
