Job summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader. The Materials Management Associate I supports basic materials handling, inventory control, shipping/receiving and restocking to ensure timely material flow for laboratories and production at the Madison site.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Pay ranges from $21 to $29.65 per hour and requires lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift certification, and basic data-entry skills. Onsite work with SAP/EWM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy required.
• Forklift certification must be obtainable; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials per procedures.
• Operate forklifts and other site machinery as needed.
• Restock lab supplies and fulfill internal material requests.
• Document receipts and shipments; maintain accurate records.
