Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
  • Operate equipment essential to job duties, including forklifts, electric jacks, cherry pickers, and other machinery at the site.
  • Place goods in designated storage areas and restock lab supplies as needed.
  • Fulfill internal material requests and deliver materials to appropriate locations.
  • Support basic inventory transactions and data entry in SAP/EWM.
  • Assist with packaging and preparing outbound shipments, including compliance with DOT and IATA hazardous materials regulations.
  • Document receipt, storage, and shipment records.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety requirements.
  • Escalate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or other issues per escalation protocols.
  • Engage in cross-training and continuous skill development.
