Job summary

Anduril Industries in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Materials Associate to join our Supply Chain team. You will handle shipping and receiving, prepare stock for shipment, and ensure accurate inventory control and production support.

The role requires attention to detail, organization, and a customer-service mindset to keep materials flowing to the production line. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement, with forklift operation and material handling as core duties

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role
• 2+ years forklift experience, licensed
• Familiar with ERP systems and/or warehouse management tools
• Familiar with Microsoft Office or equivalent tooling
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving at the Morrisville, NC location.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product.
• Ensure orderly kitting of material for work orders by reviewing the queue, picking, delivering to the production line, and marking the kitting request as complete.
• Ensure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory and staging finished product for final distribution.
• Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy as a top priority.
• Maintain inventory by labeling and tracking locations, and reporting shortages.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items and load/unload trucks.
