Job summary

You will handle inventory, operate forklifts, coordinate with production, and ensure accurate counts and timely material flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role.
• 2+ years forklift experience, licensed.
• Familiar with ERP systems and warehouse management tooling.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving at the Morrisville, NC location.
• Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product.
• Ensure the orderly kitting of material for work orders by reviewing the queue, picking the material, delivering to the production line, and marking the kitting request as complete.
• Ensure orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution.
• Complete cycle counts and conduct all warehouse activities with inventory accuracy as a top priority.
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, or signal machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks and loading docks.
