Job summary

Hartzell Aviation, Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Logistics/Materials Associate to support movement of parts, inbound processing, and outbound shipments. You will enter receipts into ERP with documentation, route parts to the correct shop, and help prepare shipments with accurate weights and labels.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, packaging parts with proper materials, and maintaining records. GED or equivalent and at least six months of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates movement of material to and from shop.
• Processing of inbound parts including write-up and paperwork scanning.
• Process of order through invoicing including label creation and credit card processing.
• Receive material into ERP with documentation and photos.
• Route received parts to appropriate shop or technician and document movements.
