Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of industry regulations.
• Knowledge of Mil-spec and ATA packaging requirements and hazardous materials handling.

Responsibilities

• Receipt, shipment, and stocking of material/finished products to support the business.
• Pull parts for production and provide supplies as requested; complete transactions in the system.
• Identify possible constraints and manage priorities to meet customer requirements.
• Handle administrative tasks such as Customs documentation, Certificates of Conformance, 8130s, and Airway Bills.
• Perform inventory support functions: cycle counts, releasing work orders, liaising with planning/purchasing/receiving inspection.
