Job summary

Hartzell Aviation, Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Logistics/Materials Associate to support movement of parts, inbound processing, and outbound shipments. You will enter receipts into ERP with documentation, route parts to the correct shop, and help prepare shipments with accurate weights and labels.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, packaging parts with proper materials, and maintaining records. GED or equivalent and at least six months of related experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitates movement of material to and from shop. Processing of inbound parts including write‑up and paperwork scanning. Process of order through invoicing including label creation and credit card processing.

Key Deliverables

• Receive material into ERP software with documentation including scanned documents and photographs.
• Route newly received parts to appropriate shop or technician, systematically providing physical movement when needed.
• Assign weight and box sizes to outbound shipments.
• Process invoices including charging payments and creating shipping labels.
• Package parts using appropriate shock absorbing material and include accurate documentation.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma of general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Technical Competencies

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
