Job summary

AWT is a leading manufacturer of custom labels, flexible packaging, and precision converting solutions serving Healthcare, Consumer Brand, and Technology clients worldwide. The Minneapolis location (Headquarters) hosts this role, with a core schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM, subject to production needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in warehouse operations or supply chain leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain management, business management, logistics, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen around inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, material flow, transportation, and supply chain management.
• Experience leading teams and driving operational improvements within warehouse, distribution, or materials management functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving, ensuring on-time, accurate fulfillment.
• Lead warehouse operations, layout optimization, and labor productivity.
• Develop inventory control processes and cycle counts.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics and 3PL coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement with KPIs for accuracy and service.
