Job summary

AWT in Anaheim, CA is hiring for a customer service/account coordinator role within Labeltronix operations. The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a base pay of 27–30 USD/hour and full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA and 401k with match.

You will develop and strengthen relationships with accounts, quote on opportunities, process orders, coordinate with production and prepress teams, document interactions in Labeltraxx, and provide

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or higher.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Self-discipline and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions.
  • Ability to work with figures, discounts and percentages.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, solidify and strengthen Labeltronix relationships with accounts.
  • Quote customers on repeat, repeat with change and new opportunities.
  • Process customer orders through Labeltronix system.
  • Research for repeat/repeat with change jobs to ensure accuracy.
  • Project management for new label projects or repeats with change.
  • Support sales with quotes and customer communication.
  • Notify sales reps of new projects or issues with accounts.
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers.
  • Document daily transactions/calls into Labeltraxx.
  • Coordinate with production/prepress and act as liaison with customers.

Required Job Duties
  • Develop, solidify and strengthen Labeltronix relationships with set group of accounts
  • Quote customers on repeat, repeat with change and new label opportunities
  • Responsible for processing customer orders through Labeltronix system/process
  • Perform all required research for repeat/repeat with change jobs to ensure accuracy
  • Project management for new label projects or repeats with change.
  • Supports sales staff with quotes and customer communication
  • Notify sales representative when there are new projects or indications of any problems with accounts
  • Receive and respond to inbound customer calls, emails and inquiries
  • Make outbound calls to customer as necessary
  • Document daily transactions/calls into Labeltraxx
  • Support fellow account managers
  • Acquire new customer information and set up new accounts in Labeltraxx.
  • Document all special pricing programs/promises into Labeltraxx
  • Document all special requirements and specifications into Labeltraxx
  • Assist customers with website navigation and artwork uploads
  • Communicate and consult with customers on artwork elements and overall design of label
  • Gather accurate information and art files to be submitted as preflight to prepress
  • Gather and record accurate information and required art files from customer
  • Submit preflight requests for all new artwork to prepress dept.
  • Provide customer with proof/order status
  • Monitor and follow up open order report (dock dates)
  • Monitor and follow up on open proof report
  • Handle all “complaint” situations and enter complaints or credits as applicable
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems
  • Serve as a liaison between production/prepress and the customer

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a similar, direct Customer Service role, preferably in the printing or packaging industry or similar manufacturing environment,
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds without aid
  • This position may require sitting at a desk for extended periods of time (in excess of 2 - 3 hours without getting up)
