Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a Materials Coordinator to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP, and verify materials meet quantity and condition requirements for manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with Production, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, and Shipping/Receiving to ensure material availability, schedule OEM freight, prepare packing lists and bills of lading, and maintain compliant shipping records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using ERP systems (preferably QAD) and shipping/carrier systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Prepare packing lists and bills of lading in the TMS and transmit ASNs.
• Schedule OEM freight and coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers.
• Monitor carrier performance and resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Maintain compliance with customer-specific shipping and ASN requirements.
