Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a Material Flow Coordinator to manage the efficient flow of materials, parts, and equipment for our commercial and government projects at the Charlotte site. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution to meet project requirements.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in inventory management systems and lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain/logistics preferred.
• ITAR requirement: U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or U.S. Person Status required.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate orders and deliveries for customers.
• Coordinate material movement between HTS warehouse and manufacturing site.
• Oversee material flow to/from 3rd party vendors.
• Track and distribute materials, parts, and components to meet project demands.
• Collaborate with scheduling and planning teams to ensure material flow.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing/logistics.
