Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago seeks a Materials Service Coordinator/Courier to manage intake, packing, and delivery of supplies across the campus. You will load, unload, verify items, and transport goods between sites with attention to documentation and safety.

Requires a high school level, a valid driver's license, and basic forklift/packing skills; you will follow defined routes and assist with warehouse tasks as needed.

Competenze

• Educational development normally acquired through high school for receiving and requisitions.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Minimum 3 months of orientation and training.
• Ability to operate lift truck, hydraulic forklift, flat truck and mailing machine.
• Attention to detail when setting up equipment and processing stock orders.

Mansioni

• Matches items with packing slip and PO data, reports discrepancies.
• Loads/unloads delivery vehicles and verifies items against records.
• Delivers parcels to proper locations with documentation.
• Completes shipping/receiving forms and files as needed.
• Stores supplies and replenishes stock; reloads carts.
• Resolves inquiries about receiving services and tracks orders.
• Performs routine maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Prepares shipments via UPS, FedEx and other carriers.
