Job summary
Yanfeng Global Automotive Interiors is seeking a supply chain professional to ensure on-time delivery of orders and optimal material flow. You will implement scheduling, logistics, and inventory control processes to support continuous production, while leading staff development and coordinating with suppliers and manufacturing plants.
The role requires 1–3 years in supply chain, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to travel to customer sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required with area of study in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Finance or similar.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and manufacturing plants.
Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and materials acquisition.
- Optimize freight and inventories to reduce costs.
- Implement scheduling, logistics and inventory control processes for uninterrupted production flow.
- Select, train and develop the materials handling staff.
- Address issues with corrective actions and root cause analyses.
- Support warehouse layout and inbound/outbound transportation optimization.
- Maintain proper material storage locations and accessibility.
