Essential Functions of Job

Direct Reports: 16-20
Ensure inventory and reliability of materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical system of raw material warehouses, WIP and Shipments
Ensure rotation of materials in all warehouses via PEPS system
Manage human resources for distribution of tasks in the plant
Record receiving and distribution of goods (production material) in warehouse

Additional Responsibilities

Participate in annual inventory
Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations
Update stock level for Material coordinators
Follow YF iOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management
Follow legal and other requirements concerning environment protection

Required Education Level

High School Graduate or Equivalent. Area of Study: General Studies/Supply Chain Management or similar. Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.

Required Qualifications

1-3 Minimum Years of Experience with warehouse/materials supervision with previous experience supervising people
1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry
Must be able and willing to work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces
