Baker Construction Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Materials Manager to plan, coordinate, and control site material management for power generation projects.

You’ll lead material receiving, storage, inventory, and issuance, working with project teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, 5+ years in material management on heavy civil sites, and proficiency with material tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of material management, warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience on industrial or heavy civil construction projects.
• Power generation, industrial, or EPC project experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with civil construction scopes including deep foundations, underground piping/electrical, concrete foundations, embedded materials and anchors.

Responsabilités

• Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage all incoming deliveries to the project site.
• Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and approved submittals.
• Maintain organized laydown yards, warehouses, and storage areas.
• Coordinate material issue requests and ensure traceability from receipt to installation.
• Prepare material status reports for project leadership and track shortages.
