Responsibilities

• Lead pre-award activities and subcontracting strategy.
• Negotiate major subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Support proposal and estimating teams.
• Travel occasionally to support subcontract management onsite.
• Oversee Contract, Subcontract, and Procurement functions.
• Manage trade partner relationships.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Support subcontract closeout and change management.
