Responsibilities

• Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Manage end-to-end material logistics, kit prep, inventory tracking, and campsite delivery setup for a seamless supply pipeline.
• Program & Operational Planning: Oversee enrichment program prep, manage material assembly team, scheduling, supply ordering, and strict protocols.
• Warehouse & Workspace Management: Maintain an organized, clean central workspace and optimize inventory flow and layout.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Communicate effectively with headquarters and on-site leadership for smooth daily camp operations.
• Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Track supply chain performance and inventory accuracy; document improvements to operations.
