Job summary

Onsite position with potential overtime, weekends, and a focus on efficient, compliant operations. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, 4+ years warehouse experience, forklift certification, and familiarity with AS400 and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Minimum 4 years warehouse experience.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software applications.
• Must be self-motivated with sound judgment in diverse situations.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work assignments for Material Handlers and set priorities.
• Delegate tasks and monitor workload to meet objectives.
• Ensure safety, accuracy, and housekeeping across the department.
• Communicate with management and shipping teams on issues and corrective actions.
• Assist with planning and conducting quarterly inventories.
• Lead 6S audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Operate lift trucks as needed for material movement.
• Support extended hours, including weekends, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
