RESRG Automotive in Newbern, TN, is seeking a Materials Supervisor on 1st shift to lead the production supervision and drive lean manufacturing initiatives. You will direct the department to meet safety, cost, schedule and productivity targets, and mentor team members to strengthen capabilities.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, collaboration with other departments, and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded through efficient processes and effective workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, track and improve performance on department goals and objectives.
• Develop crew members to improve individual and organizational performance.

• Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production requirements.
• Work with upstream and downstream processes (and people), to exceed customer expectations.
