RESRG Automotive in Newbern, TN, is seeking a Materials Supervisor on 1st shift to lead the production supervision and drive lean manufacturing initiatives. You will direct the department to meet safety, cost, schedule and productivity targets, and mentor team members to strengthen capabilities.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, collaboration with other departments, and ensuring customer expectations are exceeded through efficient processes and effective workforce management.

RESRG Automotiveis seeking you to join our team as Materials Supervisor in Newbern, TN ! This is a 1st shift position.

Your Job

As a Production Supervisor, you will develop and improve manufacturing processes, best practices, and be accountable for achieving cost, schedule, and productivity metrics by directing the work of the department. You will ensure safety, culture and operational effectiveness using lean manufacturing tactics with a focus on production efficiency. You will also have the desire to develop and mentor all employees under your supervision.
