The role emphasizes precision, routine testing, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Training is provided, and overtime may occur during peak testing seasons.

Qualifications

• Careful hands and clean documentation habits are essential.
• Prior lab or CMT experience is a plus, but we train new hires.
• Comfortable with repetitive precision work to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform ASTM testing (D698, D1557, D2216, D4318, C136, C39).
• Maintain calibration, standardization, and quality records.
• Log samples and preserve chain of custody.
• Break cylinders and report strength results the same day.
• Support proficiency programs and accreditation assessments.
