Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Management Analyst Manager in the Department of Transportation to oversee critical material, procurement, and inventory processes across the Commonwealth. Qualifications

One year of experience as a Management Analyst Supervisor (Commonwealth job title or equivalent) or
Four years of progressively responsible experience in technical management analysis with one year supervising the evaluation of work methods, procedures, or organizational structures, and a bachelor’s degree
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

Oversee procurement and inventory activities statewide.
Lead a team; plan and direct daily work.
Develop procedures and policies for purchasing and inventory management.
Coordinate statewide training programs related to inventory, procurement, and purchasing.
Oversee the procurement and inventory helpdesk to support staff statewide and identify areas for improvement.
