Job summary

The Oklahoma State Reformatory under the Oklahoma Department of Corrections is seeking a Materiel Management Specialist II. Qualifications

• Two years of experience in receipt, storage, or stock handling work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives, issues, ships and arranges materials, equipment, records, and supplies; maintains accurate inventory records.
• Inspects items for conformance with specifications and conducts inventories.
• Assists requisitioners in preparation of specifications and coordinates with purchasing.
• Supervises and trains subordinate personnel; maintains warehouse records and reports.
• Operates warehouse equipment and may perform centralized mail or printing tasks as needed.
