The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory control, a HS diploma, a valid license, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. Associates degree preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control or related role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools (queries, pivot tables).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials and equipment; maintain records and metrics.
• Use ERP to prepare and review purchase orders and requisitions.
• Verify inventory counts against physical stock; investigate discrepancies.
• Determine proper storage methods and stock locations; occasionally in operating rooms.
• Dispose of damaged items following procedures; sign consignment forms.
• Cycle count inventory across locations; reconcile counts and submit adjustments.
