Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Materials Associate to join the Santa Ana, CA-based Supply Chain team. You will support material management and inventory flow across Santa Ana and Costa Mesa sites, ensuring accurate transactions and timely shipments in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment.

The role requires 2+ years warehouse experience, ability to work first or second shift, a valid driver's license, and onsite availability in Southern California.

Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent.
Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift, with overtime as needed.
Valid driver's license and onsite availability in Santa Ana or Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

Process shipping and receiving at Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa locations.
Prepare finished stock for shipment with packing, labeling, and loading.
Ensure material movement across sites is accurately transacted.
Deliver production materials and stage finished product for distribution.
Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
Maintain inventory by labeling and locating materials, reporting shortages.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
Courier inventory between Anduril sites in Santa Ana & Costa Mesa.
Expedite material flow to align with production and shipping schedules.
