Job summary

FNS, Inc. is seeking an Inventory/Materials Manager in Cartersville, GA. This full-time role manages raw material inventory, forecasts needs, and coordinates with production and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels. You will drive improvements to processes and KPI reporting while leading a small materials team.

The ideal candidate has Korean language proficiency, strong communication, and MS Office skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw material inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and accuracy.
• Forecast material requirements based on production plans and BOMs.
• Develop strategies to minimize obsolete inventory and optimize stock performance.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and issuing with FIFO and lot traceability.
• Improve warehouse operations, space utilization, and material flow.
• Coordinate with customers on supply constraints and recovery plans.
• Lead inventory audits and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Coach and develop material management staff and ensure accountability.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics.
• Establish and report KPIs; drive process improvements in materials management.
