Job summary

Magnolia Plumbing, LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, tools and equipment, and facility needs. The role includes supervising warehouse staff, supporting purchasing and field operations, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in warehouse/inventory management in trades or field service, OSHA and forklift certifications, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong inventory control and cycle counts
• Experience with field service operations helpful
• OSHA standards and safety practices
• Proficiency with MS Office and inventory systems
• Effective communication with vendors and teams

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, shipping, returns and inventory counts
• Supervise and train warehouse staff and maintain organized layout
• Oversee tools, equipment, asset tracking and security
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and KPIs
• Coordinate with Purchasing and field ops to balance inventory with project needs
• Enforce safety procedures and manage facility upkeep and vendor coordination
• Monitor expenses and ensure budget adherence
• Perform additional duties as assigned
