Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; associate or bachelor’s in supply chain/logistics preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in materials management, inventory control, or warehousing, ideally in energy/industrial sectors.
• Strong supervisory experience and ability to mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise materials handlers and ensure safety and policy adherence.
• Manage receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking of materials and equipment.
• Maintain organized storage and optimize space for accessibility.
• Perform regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with project teams to forecast needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and waste reduction in materials handling.
• Prepare inventory and equipment usage reports and maintain accuracy.
• Operate material handling equipment as required; support procedures development.
