Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; relevant college coursework preferred.
• Valid identification and the ability to legally work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Epicor and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagram-based instructions is necessary.
• Demonstrated time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Must be able to safely work with chemicals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill material/component orders for production jobs.
• Verify materials match job specifications.
• Issue raw materials into the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate and timely ERP entries.
• Complete documentation according to quality procedures.
• Stay current on quality system updates.
• Perform cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Order necessary manufacturing supplies.
• Monitor job progress using system reports.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment.
• Clean equipment after job completion.
• Assist with job changeovers as needed.
