Job summary

The role ensures material availability, accurate production data, and timely cross-department communication to maintain efficient production flow.

Qualifications

• Receives and processes POs for raw materials.
• Enter POs and requisitions into ERP.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor slow-moving inventory and report findings.
• Close production jobs in the system after completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production and inventory accuracy through timely data updates.
• Communicate with Production and Purchasing to support operations.
• Support continuous improvement for inventory accuracy and efficiency.
