Doherty Staffing Solutions in Dayton, MN is seeking a Materials Coordinator on 1st shift to ensure materials are available and tracked throughout production. This temp role offers weekly pay and benefits options.

The position supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a hands-on, collaborative setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory systems, strong organization, and the ability to work with production teams to maintain material readiness.

Formación

• Experience with inventory, materials, warehouse or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with production and operations teams.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory tracking systems preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory visibility and material tracking throughout the facility
• Monitor material locations, quantities, and staging statuses
• Coordinate material movement to support production schedules
• Identify and communicate material shortages that may impact operations
• Work closely with Production and other departments to ensure material readiness
• Assist with inventory audits and inventory control processes
• Support receiving, staging, and shipping activities as needed
