Job summary

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Materials Coordinator to support the Jacuzzi Bath manufacturing facility in Streamwood, IL. You will ensure timely material transactions, track supplier deliveries, manage inventory, and coordinate between production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to support production and customer fulfillment.

The role emphasizes ERP accuracy, cycle counting, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating across Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Planning teams.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and inventory transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and support projects and drive process improvements with or without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track inbound supplier deliveries to ensure timely receipt and material availability.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Suppliers, and Warehouse teams to expedite critical materials and resolve shortages.
• Review delivery schedules and communicate risks that may impact production plans.
• Partner with Production and Warehouse teams to establish daily material priorities.
