Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering leader with 12+ years in design-to-manufacture environments.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing engineers or major programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering; MBA/Master's preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience taking products from concept through testing, launch and improvement.
• Strong manufacturing/process engineering experience with automation and equipment upgrades.

Responsabilités

• Lead operations for the Roselle facility including processes, equipment, tooling, and technology.
• Support Bath manufacturing processes: thermoforming, foaming, CNC, assembly, finishing, packaging.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions to deliver measurable results.
• Develop manufacturing standards, SOPs, work instructions, tooling, and process specs.
