Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business.
• 3–5 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Proven negotiation and cost-savings track record.
• Ability to multi-task and proactively identify solutions.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchases for organization across multiple materials and suppliers.
• Qualify suppliers, evaluate bids, and negotiate prices/terms.
• Manage purchasing process to meet lead times and quality standards.
• Create and place purchase orders; monitor through delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust Kanban targets.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Operations to prevent delays.
