Job summary

Window World Twin Ports Region is seeking a dependable Materials Coordinator to ensure all installation materials are ordered, tracked, received, and ready prior to crews arriving. This entry-level role focuses on organizing inventories, coordinating deliveries, and keeping accurate notes while learning our products, suppliers, and processes.

You'll work closely with Production and Installation teams, maintain stock levels, verify orders, and keep warehouse areas clean and organized as you

Qualifications

• No prior window, door, construction, purchasing, or warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Order windows and doors according to job specs and provided lists.
• Order additional job materials (lumber, trim, coil, caulk, insulation, fasteners, etc.).
• Track orders and delivery dates to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Receive and unload trucks delivering windows, doors, and supplies.
• Verify incoming products against orders and QA checks.
• Identify missing, damaged, incorrect, or backordered items.
• Pickup materials from local suppliers as needed.
• Deliver materials to and from painter/stainer as required.
• Organize and stage materials in designated bays for installations.
• Review upcoming jobs and confirm all items are on site and ready.
