Responsibilities

• Organizes and develops systematic plans for loading and unloading of trucks.
• Ensures proper labeling, tagging, packaging and receipts of products using inventory control software to record transactions.
• Processes customer returns and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.
• Schedules inbound pickups for carriers and directs to proper destination for delivery; interacts with internal and external customers to expedite orders.
• Leads and coordinates cycle counting to investigate and resolve issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
