Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organizes and develops systematic plans for loading and unloading of trucks.
• Uses inventory control software to label, tag, package and record receipts of products and materials.
• Processes customer returns and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues.
• Schedules inbound pickups for carriers and directs to delivery destinations; communicates with customers to expedite orders.
• Leads cycle counting duties to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
