Job summary

Hesco in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a Materials Coordinator to handle receiving, warehousing, and production kitting in support of manufacturing operations. The role ensures accurate ERP transactions and organized storage, with daily collaboration across Purchasing, Production, Project Management, and Quality teams.

You will maintain precise inventory records, support cycle counts, and safely operate forklifts and other equipment while maintaining a clean, efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling receiving and shipping processes in a warehouse.
• Ability to verify POs and packing slips and record ERP transactions.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy in material movements.
• Capacity to coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Quality teams.
• Safe operation of material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Prepare, package, label, and coordinate outgoing shipments with carriers.
• Pick, organize, and stage materials for production jobs and create material kits.
• Maintain organized warehouse locations and track material movements.
• Record all material movements accurately in the ERP system.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies and support schedules.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and similar equipment safely.
