Job summary

North American Stamping Group seeks a Materials Coordinator to ensure on-time receipt and shipment of customer orders with accurate counts. The role supports inventory accuracy in Shop Edge and collaborates with the materials team to maintain RM, WIP, FG inventories.

The position requires 5 years in manufacturing, strong leadership and hands-on problem solving, plus proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems. OT and on-site work are expected in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain records in compliance with TS 16949 procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Report quality, production or safety issues to the manager.
• Release and ensure delivery of processor parts, verify weights and inventory transactions in Shop Edge.
• Assist in full material control including PO, receiving slips, and inventory accuracy.
