Job summary

North American Stamping Group is seeking a Technical Operations Coordinator to provide plant-facing coordination and administrative support. You will manage tooling and maintenance work orders, purchase orders, and operational data while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to improve data visibility and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree in business, engineering technology, manufacturing, operations or related field preferred.
  • Minimum five years in manufacturing or operations coordination roles.
  • Experience with tooling and maintenance planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day technical and operational support for leadership teams.
  • Create, route, monitor, and close work orders with required documentation.
  • Prepare and track purchase requisitions and orders; monitor approvals and deliveries.
  • Compile and analyze production, maintenance, and quality data for reports.
  • Produce daily/weekly/monthly dashboards and management materials.
  • Maintain accurate records in NASG systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Support new launches, changes, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow-up actions.
