Responsabilités

• Drive sales budgets and provide exceptional shopping experience according to company guidelines.
• Merchandising: outline practices and maintain store presentation standards.
• Ensure safety and risk management; stay compliant with loss prevention procedures.
• Support Chief Executive Merchant in delivering customer service excellence and staff training.
• Supervise scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Open/close the store and manage store operations with the team.
