Job summary

Federal Express Corporation in the United States seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a group of technicians performing corrective, predictive and preventative maintenance on material handling equipment and controls systems.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and technical knowledge to manage daily operations, safety programs, and CMMS activities while driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years industrial maintenance experience required.
• Six (6) years combined industrial maintenance and/or people management experience required; degree may reduce time.
• Experience leading project teams or supervising lower level employees.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and develops staff to improve productivity.
• Plans, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day department operations.
• Ensures compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Manages CMMS entries and work orders.
• Identifies and implements equipment/process improvements.
